I’ve just made my incredible focaccia bread (self confidence is high 😉 ) because it’s pasta today, and sure, you can eat pasta without bread but why would you? I know, it’s alot of carbs and carbs aren’t good for you and bla, bla…. but when your eating carbs why bother stop, the harm is already done 😀
Anyway, I was just out on a run and I almost died. I haven’t run properly since last summer and it shows when I got out today, it was almost embarrasing. Last summer I ran 8k and this time I struggled with 4k. But my goal is 10k in a fairly good speed and now the weather had finally wanted to make a good presence I’m going all in.
