Swedish pancakes are soooo good. They are alot thinner than the american ones. If you want the recipe her it is:
- 3 deciliter flour
- 6 deciliter of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
The basic rule is to have double as much milk as you have flour. That’s the key. Mix them all togheter and fry them in the fryingpan with butter. Spread them out so they get really thin.
Serve with jam and whippedcream.
