Salmon is one of the few fishes I actually like to eat, I’m more of a meat/chicken person although I do eat alot of vegetarian right now.
What you need:
- Salmon – 1 filét per person at minimum.
- Pesto Genovese (regular pesto works aswell.
- Feta cheese.
Set the oven to 175°C/347°F
Put the salmon in s oven tray and put 3-4 teaspoons of the pesto on the salmon and top it with the cheese. Put it in the oven and leave it in there for 20-25 minutes.
You can either have salad on the side or add rice or my favourite, potato wedges.
If you have some pesto left, put it on the table and add if needed.
