Pie to die for

I loooove pies, food pies, dessert pies. I just love them.

Here is my fetacheese and spinach pie, it’s super easy to make and tastes amazing:

Dough:

  • 125 g softened butter
  • 3 dl of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of water

Mix them all upp and spread it. Put it in the oven for 210 degrees celsius/410 fahrenheit. For 10 minutes, then take it out and put the filling in.

Pie:

  • 200 g of feta
  • 400 g of frozen spinach/800 g of fresh spinach.
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl cream (light)
  • Salt, peppers.

Beat the eggs and the cream and then add the cheese, spinach and salt/peppers. Pour it into the pie shell and put it into the oven for 30 minutes. 210 celsius/410 fahrenheit.
