Ceasarsallad is my obsession, I’m in love with it. It’s so damn delicious. But my sister turned vegetarian a couple of months ago and since then we made some changes.
Traditional ceasarsallad normally contains chicken so switch it out for quorn (don’t mistake it for corn). It tastes amazingly good and is a good substitute for chicken.
For my ceasar sallad I use:
- Romaine lettuce
- Ceasardressing (Make your own for best effect)
If you want a normal ceasar use chicken and bacon.
